Summary of clip: The senator has just been turned into a mutant and is in a jail cell trying to escape. Magneto starts to walk to the senator’s cell and metal plates come flying to bridge his way to the jail cell (since Magneto has magnetic powers). He then uses his magnetic forces to move the bars on the jail cell

Connection of flickclip to the concept: This flickclip is an excellent way to begin a unit on magnetism. Magneto acts like a magnet; therefore, the metal will form a bridge to walk across. It is a very visual way to demonstrate magnetic forces.
