Summary of clip: Jason Bourne questions Conklin about Treadstone to find out who he is and what is happening to him. Bourne finds out his is a U.S. governmentally owned experiment in which he was trained to be an assassin. He has become a malfunctioning 30 million dollar weapon according to Conklin, of which Bourne wants no more part of.

Connection of flickclip to the concept: This flickclip scene shows some possible side effects of what happens when the mind is manipulated through pyschological means. THese are some of the horrible events that happen when humans are experimented on. This clip could also lead to discussions on other human experiments like genetic enhancement or cloning.

Suggestions to teachers:

1. Have students discuss human experimentation pros and cons after seeing the clip.

2. Have students discuss the ethical aspects of human experimentation

3. Ask them what else these types of experiments coud lead too?

a. Human Experimentatoin -> soldiers, assasins, etc.

b. Human Enhancement -> fixing genes that cause disease.

c. Human Enhancement -> genetic enhancement overall.

d. Cloning of humans or trying to achieve human "perfection"
