Summary of clip: The scene opens with the flight doctor detailing the dangers of high levels of carbon dioxide due to damaged carbon dioxide filters. Doctor: "They are already up to 8 on the gauges. Anything over 15 you get impaired judgment, blackouts, and the beginnings of brain asphyxiation. Those carbon dioxide levels will be getting toxic."
Connection of flickclip to the concept: This is a good clip to introduce the concept of respiratory acidosis, and all its causes and complications.
